I have to call this tea one of the most exquisite things I know, bar nothing. The flavor is subtle, sweet, and complex. And it is so fine, it stops me in my track and makes me stay still, just to catch all the nuances. One of the most beautiful things in my life. A flavor that is right up there for me with the finest music.
