A very nice teapot, and excellent buy for the money. Why? 1) Because it holds a large amount of tea for its size and doesn't take up a lot of space (I brew more than one type of tea at a time, low caffeine, high caffeine, etc., and have a few pots standing next to each other). 2) because it has an excellent handle that is not solid metal and, therefore, is comfortable, does not get hot, and is shaped so one's fingers never touch the hot body of the pot. A great handle design. 3) it pours well, with a real spout. A great design that takes up a lot less space than dopuble-walled designs. It keeps tea hot long enough, but, since I find that tea developes sweeter flavor as it cools, I prefer a single-walled, easy-to-care-for stainless teapot. Lovely.
