Chicken Pate Tea Sandwiches
Yields: 6 sandwiches
Chicken Pate Tea Sandwiches
2 cooked chicken breasts, diced
1/2 c heavy cream
1 sprig rosemary; leaves removed and chopped
6 slices firm white bread
3 butter leaf lettuce leaves
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Put chicken and cream in food processor and blend until smooth. Add chopped rosemary. Salt and pepper to taste. Spread on white bread with a leaf of lettuce. Cut off crust and serve.
