Honey Rum Butter

Yields: 1/2 cup

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
  • 2 tbsp. honey
  • 1/2 tsp. rum extract
In small bowl, beat all ingredients until light and fluffy.

Store in refrigerator up to 3 weeks. Allow to soften slightly before serving.
