Herb Mustard Butter

Yields: 1 cup

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup butter, softened*
  • 2 tbsp. chopped fresh chives
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 2-3 tbsp. Dijon mustard
In medium bowl, beat all ingredients until light and fluffy.

Store in refrigerator up to 3 weeks. Allow to soften slightly before serving.

*Do not use margarine
