Chocolate Dreams Rooibos Punch

Ingredients:
- 6 teaspoons Chocolate Dreams Rooibos
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- Freshly grated nutmeg
- 3 tablespoons sugar
Brew 6-cups Chocolate Dreams Rooibos (Rooibos with cocoa pieces, almond bits, and chocolate-rum flavoring) for 5 minutes the day before you want to use it or 4 hours before your party. Add two tablespoons of sugar to the tea while it is hot. Make an ice tray of this tea or mold; freeze that and refrigerate the rest of the tea. About 30 minutes before you're ready for the punch, whip 1 cup of whipping cream in an electric mixer and add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar to the whipped cream. Fold the whipping cream into the tea, add the tea ice cubes or frozen mold and serve it out of a decorative pitcher or punch bowl. Sprinkle with fresh nutmeg. The Savannah is also delicious hot. When you add milk or cream to many of these Rooibos teas, it feels like someone has wrapped a cozy blanket around you, very comforting.
