Chicken Pate Tea Sandwiches
Yields: 6 sandwiches
Ingredients:
- Chicken Pate Tea Sandwiches
- 2 cooked chicken breasts, diced
- 1/2 c heavy cream
- 1 sprig rosemary; leaves removed and chopped
- 6 slices firm white bread
- 3 butter leaf lettuce leaves
- salt and pepper to taste
Put chicken and cream in food processor and blend until smooth. Add chopped
rosemary. Salt and pepper to taste. Spread on white bread with a leaf of lettuce. Cut off crust and serve.
