Chicken Pate Tea Sandwiches

Yields: 6 sandwiches

Ingredients:
  • Chicken Pate Tea Sandwiches
  • 2 cooked chicken breasts, diced
  • 1/2 c heavy cream
  • 1 sprig rosemary; leaves removed and chopped
  • 6 slices firm white bread
  • 3 butter leaf lettuce leaves
  • salt and pepper to taste
Put chicken and cream in food processor and blend until smooth. Add chopped rosemary. Salt and pepper to taste. Spread on white bread with a leaf of lettuce. Cut off crust and serve.
