Rooibos is a splendid beverage. It possesses an earthy sweetness that is similar to tea, but very, very low, virtually nonexistent acidic profile. It is very smooth, and very unique. It is difficult to compare the flavors to something else, but as a child in California, when we had the rare blessing of a nice rainstorm, the smells outside were wonderful. Brewing this beverage takes me back. I personally like it strong, and recommend it above any other herbal tea. It gets a 5 out of 5 by me.

Rooibos is also known as Red Bush or Red Tea. This is the superior grade of Organic Rooibos from the Cedarburg region of South Africa. A reddish herbal tea with sweet flavor notes.
