Christmas Tea Author: Candie Yoder The Holiday Season is all about getting together with family and friends. This makes tea a great match for the Holidays. Tea has long been used as a social event. Coming in from the cold and sitting down to a hot cup of tea is rejuvenating and comforting. During the Holiday Season, I love to have family and friends over for tea and snacks. It lets us sit, talk, and enjoy each other’s company. At so many family gatherings, there are so many people and activities that you do not really get relax and talk. This year instead of the usually busy gathering, I challenge you to plan a leisurely tea and finally enjoy the Holidays. The Holiday Season provides you with so many options when it comes to a tea selection. Any type of tea can be served at this time from blacks and greens to traditional blends like English Evening to one of the many fantastic flavored teas. Find yourself a good tea vendor with a large selection of teas available in sample sizes and try several selections to find the perfect holiday tea. This makes it easy to find a wonderful holiday flavor like cranberry orange or cinnamon.
