This ctc process assam is great for making chai and makes a strong cup. That being said, in my view it is not particularly malty and lacks some of the subtle taste that a good orthodox assam will have. Roger

Located in upper Assam near the Burmese border. 60% of the Estate is clonal, giving Keyhung a distinctive taste. Strong full bodied tea with excellent maltiness and rich color.
